Season 2 Episode 6

This episode is very confusing for me. This was set after I decided that I would create a blog but before the first planned post, so I decided to put this on VHS. I missed some of the recording on VHS and thus put it on my laptop instead. Most of the episode is on VHS including everything that aired after 10 Central, and thus has already been written about before I saw the whole episode. Things can get confusing for me as I tend to see things out of order.

Today’s episode is brought to you by 36 minute delay. We begin with a street race in LA. Certain team members are called out to investigate. One of the cars is a driverless one that caused the death of a man. Also, why I don’t have a problem with sexy women, it does seem odd that they are always the ones introducing street races. Plus, why are they always in scantily clad outfits? Anyways, I saw just a bit of the beginning on my laptop before I switched to VHS so later I will continue with this episode.

D. B. and Daniel are investigating the case from Quantico. They are figuring things out by using the car’s equivalent of a black box. A dongle is brought up. What’s a dongle? Unlike what D B thinks, I do not think that dongle sounds dirty. People keep showing footage of the crash. Brody looks through evidence of a car.

The second part brings us the focus of today’s episode: car hacking tool [CHT]- A malicious device a hacker connects to a car’s computer, allowing them to remotely control the car. Someone gets car jacked when their car starts driving itself. They arrest people that might be responsible. The next part is where the past me takes over this blog post.

It is at this point around the 10:00 mark that I start watching the episode. Avery is talking to a suspect relating to the case. Brody and Raven talk on Skype about the case at hand. Daniel and D. B. also check out stuff relating to the case. They think that there is a false lead on the case possibly. A wheelchair person is possibly faking it. I’m guessing that he’s the suspect.

The next part shows people after the wheelchair game. Avery plans to challenge him to a race. Elijah talks to a possible lover or something like that about the case at hand. Meanwhile, D. B. talks to Raven about a license plate system on the computer. I wonder if such a system actually exists. Also, I forget what the D in Mr. Russell’s name stands for. I’d have to look that up. Have we even been told? Maybe I should just call him Russell. But that’s his last name. I hate being called by my last name. Focusing on the blog post, Brody decides to get in his car to help with the case. They are going to remotely control it. Is he the only person from their team in LA right now? There are problems with the racing and Brody wasn’t able to get out in time.

The next part has Brody in the race in the car that Daniel is controlling. There’s a lot of technical stuff that is happening. Brody is able to take control of the car. Meanwhile, the police come for the wheelchair person known as smoke screen, the criminal of this episode. We see Elijah saving or at least trying to save a woman from the trunk of a car. This looks like the same woman from earlier. How did she get kidnapped? You’d think that this would be more important to the story. At least they wrap things up nicely in the end on that front at least. Meanwhile, Russell is still working on some sort of case. It turns out that Daniel is working on a robot project of some sort. Avery talks to a director who is looking for a new second in command. It looks as if she has to accept this job. But will she? I don’t know for sure and I guess I’ll have to wait to see episodes I’ve already blogged about. Well, I would have had if I had all of the posts this season covered, but I don’t.

On the next CSI: Cyber, there is a crime of passion that relates to sex. That’s all I can tell about that. Why is there so much sex in television? There’s even a sex story on my local news! Whatever sex is like, it must be good. I wouldn’t know yet at this part of my life. Maybe sometime later I’ll find out. Anyways, you’ll see more blog posts of mine in the future. Hopefully, I can find a good episode to start blogging with before I post this one. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.
