Cast Update 12-6-2016

This is the next cast update of mine for this CSI: Cyber blog. I had another dream about an episode of CSI: New York. This one was from the ninth season, just like the last one was. It was the episode, Blood Actually, the Valentine’s Day and penultimate episode of the series. I don’t know what I will get in terms of gifts in the future for Christmas. I guess that we will see about it in the future. I’m also waiting to add the first season of Without a Trace to my watching list, but I’m not making any progress watching much other than what has been recorded on tape. Anyways, on to the next update.

Patricia Arquette: The main star of CSI: Cyber has future projects mentioned on imdb right now. There is a pretty notable sequel in the work that she is doing. While we don’t know what role she might have in the movie, it looks like she will be lending her voice talent to that of Toy Story 4. Another role that I found her in is some sort of project named Permanent. Now it mentions another project that she will be in called High Life. If that wasn’t enough, there will be yet another project she’ll be in called The Bell Jar. Boy, she sure gets around, doesn’t she?

Toy Story 4: I still don’t know what to make of this movie. Most of us probably found the idea of Toy Story 3 to be ridiculous, but loved the movie when we saw it in the end. Fourth installments of movies tend to get intense hatred from critics and fans. I’ll let you know my thought eventually when I’m able to see it. But its release date is a long ways off. And it just got even longer. The movie has been pushed back. It used to be set for release on June 15th, 2018, but that is no longer happening. It will now be released June 21st, 2019. I don’t know why the date has changed to over a year later. Delays are typically not a good thing. But there is no other sign of problems. Likewise, I’ll still have to wait until a trailer is released before I know this is certain to happen.

Permanent: This is a movie comedy that is coming out sometime in 2017. The status of the movie is listed as filming. It appears that the movie is about some women wanting to act like another woman or something like that. Hopefully an eventual trailer of the movie can release more information about it so I can know more about it.

High Life: This movie is listed as in the preproduction stage on imdb. It appears to be about a woman and her father who are isolated and living in deep space. It does not have a specific date mentioned, but it should be coming out in 2018. I hope that it comes out as it sounds good and interesting.

The Bell Jar: This movie is about a person dealing with mental illness. It says that it is both comedy and drama so it might be like 50 First Dates. It is set for release sometime in 2018. I’ll let you know when/if it has an actual release date or trailer.

Peter MacNicol: This actor left CSI: Cyber after just one season with it and then pretty much nothing interesting has happened with him in either television or movies. The only thing that I can make for him in terms of new projects is Tangled: Before Ever After, which is now just known as Tangled. Now this will not get its own section yet. Why is that? For now, this is not going to appear as a show until 2017. And that’s provided that it actually becomes a show. Besides that, I’m not convinced at the moment that Peter is going to have a long term role in the show. If he does, I’ll be sure to report it here. There is nothing else new to report.

James Van Der Beek: So far, the only new project in the future for this actor is something called Carters Get Rich. It looks like it is moving forward. It will air on Sky 1. Since Sky 1 is an international channel, I don’t know if it will air in the US or not. I’m guessing that it probably will at some point. Anyways, there is more information about that in the next paragraph. I hope that this actor has a major role in it. I think that he does, but I’m not entirely sure about it right now. We’ll see what happens. There is nothing else new to report.

Carters Get Rich: This is a comedy of some sort that relates to a family that lives in rags wanting to reject potential riches that they think could ruin them. This is an interesting premise, actually. I hope that it airs on PBS so I can watch it. If not, hopefully I can get a guest reviewer for it. It might not have a release date yet, but it says that it should be available sometime this year in 2016. It is in postproduction. There is nothing else new to report.

Shad Moss: Shad doesn’t seem to have anything new projects that imdb knows about, if he has any at all. So I’ll have to hope for future updates in later months, because he doesn’t have anything new right now. There is nothing else new to report.

Charley Koontz: It appears that he, for sure, is appearing in Captain Black. I’m not sure what else he is doing and this could wind up with a random rating on imdb by the posting of this update or the next update. In fact, when the new year starts, I may have to amend any shows or movies with no known release date even if they were set to be released in 2016. I’ll never understand what happens with some of those films.

Captain Black: It does not have a release date or trailer just yet. It is about a man who has an interest in a comic character and gets in some sort of relationship he shouldn’t have. Also, I need to work on writing my own original taglines for movies so that I’m not just copying what someone else has written (although I don’t think that I’m doing that). It will be released sometime in 2016, although no exact dates are known yet.

Hayley Kiyoko: She has a movie on Netflix called XOXO. I will keep mentioning that until I’m able to see it. But, I’m finally able to mention some other new project that she’ll be in. She will be starring in something called Becks. I wonder what that will be like.

XOXO: This movie is about six people sharing some strange romantic night of some sort. It looks like a romantic drama of some sort. It is out now as of this update. I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to see it since it appears to be a Netflix exclusive. I don’t know if it will ever be available on DVD for me to watch without Netflix. I’ll check back later for more updates. I also hope to find a guest reviewer for this movie or hope that it would be available to rent sometime at my video store. I’m not getting Netflix just to watch this. There is a trailer for the movie now.

Thoughts on trailer: It looks like an interesting trailer. I’d have to say that it was a vague trailer of some sort. I can’t tell yet if it is one of those famous controversial trailers that make a movie look better than it is. I’m not entirely sure if I have seen one of those. Anyways, it looks like the movie is a fairly normal movie of some sort although it might have some weird parts to it. The trailer does make me interested in seeing the movie. I hope that it’s not a misleading trailer.

Now is the point where I should post a review of the movie, but I can’t as I am not able to watch this. If anyone reading this is able to see the movie and wants to do a review of it, then let me know. If you want to review the movie, comment on this post with your review. In the meantime, I’ll see if it ever gets released to DVD so I can actually watch it out of Netflix. I don’t know if I’ll be able to review it yet or not. I might keep this as part of the update until I can review it or someone else does one for me.

Becks: Once again, we get to a film that is set for release in 2016, but has no specific date or trailer. I do wonder if it will be delayed or somehow forgotten about. I guess that we will see. The plot of it appears to be about a lesbian who, after a break up, finds herself in a new unexpected relationship of some sort that may or may not be romantic.

Ted Danson: This is the only actor who would for sure not have been on a potential season 3 of the show. And his pilot was picked up so it’s good that he can still be on TV for now. It looks like he’s going back to comedies. He is appearing on The Good Place on NBC. I did find a new project with him in it called The Wrights, which is a short of some sort.

The Good Place: This is an NBC comedy. It is currently on hiatus. It is an afterlife based comedy. Ted appears on it in a supporting role. He plays a person who designed the section of the good place for the main characters, although it is possible he made mistakes.

Review: The Good Place: Status- Currently on NBC, but on hiatus until January 5th. Why I’ve seen it- In order to review this for another blog of mine, I watched it. Description- A comedy, a woman finds out that she is dead, but in the good place. The main problem: she’s not supposed to be there. Notable People- Ted Danson, who was in many shows in the past, among them Cheers, CSI, and CSI: Cyber, is a character on the show. Kristen Bell, who did many movies and Veronica Mars, is the main character. Pros- The show is different and interesting. It tries to keep religion out of it so as to not offend anyone. Cons- The idea of things going wrong with the good place in death is a bit hard to believe. It lacks a certain amount of charm that you would want it to have. It doesn’t seem as funny as it could be. Note to Parents- This is borderline is terms of what is acceptable to let your kids watch or not. Recommendation- I’d honestly just leave this is a toss-up for now at least. Prediction- It might last a while, but I’m not sure yet if it will last long. Reception: positive. Grade: C+.

The Wrights: This is set for release on January 25th, 2017. Like most shorts, I have no idea how I’d be able to see it or if I will review it. The plot is about sibling rivalry after the death of the sibling’s father. It does sound interesting.

Anthony E Zuiker: It would appear that for now there are no future projects in the work for this franchise creator. He might be working on some sort of project that we don’t know of just yet. But there is nothing known to the public yet. There is nothing new to report.

Carol Mendelsohn: There is a new project in store for this writer as of this update. I’m not sure where it is in terms of happening versus not happening, but I might as well tell you about Doomsday, a series that she might be working on. Not much is known about it and don’t think that just because they would suffer penalty for not airing it means that it’s certain to go ahead. Some probably would rather do the penalty in some cases. But that’s what future updates are for. I hope that it airs. I don’t know what role she’ll have on the show just yet. This show will not have its own section until it has, at the very least, a page on imdb. Until then, I don’t know if it will be moving forward for sure or not.

Ann Donahue: There’s no new information about this writer. I’m sure that she’ll probably find something, but I’m not sure when. As of this month, there are still no new updates regarding this writer. I hope that she does something. There is nothing new to report.

Schedule

On hiatus- The Good Place on NBC (return date of 1-5-2017)

Currently released movie- XOXO (on Netflix, unknown public release)

Cast Update 11-8-2016

This is the next cast update of mine for this CSI: Cyber blog. I had a dream about an episode of CSI: New York. It was the one that focused on a killer using the board game Clue in order to kill his victims. I believe this was from the final season of that show. Now this will be something I have to buy, although I have yet to get much of, if any of, the shows I dreamt about that are on my wishlist. Also, as of this update, this show’s replacement, Pure Genius, has finally started airing. I don’t know whether or not to add a review of that here or not, so I’ll probably just post it in my TV blog. Also, I added a list on my imdb account that will also keep track of where the cast of this show is now.

Patricia Arquette: The main star of CSI: Cyber has future projects mentioned on imdb right now. There is a pretty notable sequel in the work that she is doing. While we don’t know what role she might have in the movie, it looks like she will be lending her voice talent to that of Toy Story 4. On June 15th, 2018, this movie will be released. There is not yet a trailer for it, but they probably aren’t anywhere near that far into making the movie to have even a teaser for it just yet. Likewise, I will keep track of any information about this film as long as it is still has either Patricia Arquette or someone from this movie in it. I don’t know why she wouldn’t be in it, but things could change regarding what was originally announced.

Permanent: This is a movie comedy that is coming out sometime in 2017. The status of the movie is listed as filming. It appears that the movie is about some women wanting to act like another woman or something like that. Hopefully an eventual trailer of the movie can release more information about it so I can know more about it.

Cast Update 10-4-2016

This is the next cast update of mine for this CSI: Cyber blog. It could be a while before I’m able to start watching Without a Trace on DVD, considering how I have an order of what to watch and when it can be added. You’ll have to read my blog about Madam Secretary to know for sure when I’ll be watching it. I’ll probably tell you about it here too because I get behind posting on that blog. It is an intentional get behind like this blog used to be before the show ended.

Patricia Arquette: The main star of CSI: Cyber has future projects mentioned on imdb right now. There is a pretty notable sequel in the work that she is doing. While we don’t know what role she might have in the movie, it looks like she will be lending her voice talent to that of Toy Story 4. Hayley Kiyoko: She has a movie in the works called XOXO. That’s all the new projects of hers that I know of at the moment. She has starred in horror movies in the past, so there’s always the potential for her to return to that. There is nothing else new to report.

The Good Place: This is an NBC comedy on at 8:30/7:30 Central on Thursdays. It appears to be an afterlife based comedy for some sort and that Ted will appear on it in some sort of supporting role. First, here are the thoughts on the trailer for it, followed by the actual thoughts on the show.

Thoughts on trailer: It’s hard to tell for sure what to make of it right now. It could be good and it could be crap. I’m not sure if the trailer changes my opinion on the show just yet. I don’t have that high of hopes for it either in terms of quality or in it lasting long. NBC went from having great, well-known comedies to having, well, next to none. What they did have didn’t last regardless of if it actually was good, but a lot of it wasn’t. Hollywood tends to get Christianity wrong nearly all the time so I hope that I can like this even if it does get it wrong again. That happens too often, but sometimes I can like these shows although I normally do not. The review is next.

Review: The Good Place: Show Description- A comedy, a woman finds out that she is dead, but in the good place. The main problem: she’s not supposed to be there. Behind the Scenes- Ted Danson, who was in many shows in the past, among them Cheers, Becker, CSI, and CSI: Cyber, is a character on the show. Kristen Bell, who did many movies and Veronica Mars, is the main character. My Thoughts- It can be hard to tell much about the show just starting out, although I do plan on keeping watching it for now. I didn’t expect much realism from it, but that’s to be expected from a work of fiction like this. I’m not sure that I care that much. But I do think that it is interesting for now. I give it three out of five stars. Long Term Prospects- It might last a while, but I’m not sure yet if it will last long. Where to Find- On NBC at 8:30/7:30 Central on Thursdays

Anthony E Zuiker: It would appear that for now there are no future projects in the work for this franchise creator. He might be working on some sort of project that we don’t know of just yet. But there is nothing known to the public yet. There is nothing new to report.

Carol Mendelsohn: Sadly, there is nothing new in the immediate future of this writer. Hopefully we’ll see something eventually, but it’s possible we won’t know of anything until pilot season or next year’s summer schedule. There is nothing new to report.

Ann Donahue: There’s no new information about this writer. I’m sure that she’ll probably find something, but I’m not sure when. As of this month, there are still no new updates regarding this writer. I hope that she does something. There is nothing new to report.

Starting from this post onward, I will be doing a calendar of the new projects that people will be in. This will be arranged in order of when it is coming out with the stuff that will be coming out soon put in order first. You’ll see what it is like now.

Schedule

Currently on the air- The Good Place on NBC at 8:30/7:30 Central on Thursdays

Currently released movie- XOXO (on Netflix, unknown public release)

Unknown 2016- Carters Get Rich (UK release, unknown US release)

Unknown 2017- Tangled: Before Ever After, Permanent

Cast Update 9-6-2016

This is the next cast update of mine for this CSI: Cyber blog. I decided to buy both a DVD rack and the first season of Without a Trace. So that’s still more of this franchise to get (the parts of it that I am getting, at least). I still need to figure out potential guests to do reviews of what I can’t. I’ll probably ask on facebook.

I don’t know what type of thing that is off hand. It is some sort of comedy, but it doesn’t mention if it is a movie or TV series.

Permanent: There is practically nothing known about this movie or TV show just yet. Imdb doesn’t even have a potential plot for it yet. I’m guessing that it is a movie. It has no release date yet, but it says that it would be sometime in 2017. The status of the movie is listed as filming. I’ll have to do more research for the next update.

Peter MacNicol: This actor left CSI: Cyber after just one season with it and then pretty much nothing interesting has happened with him in either television or movies. The only thing that I can make for him in terms of new projects is Tangled: Before Ever After. Now this will not get its own section yet. Why is that? For now, this is not going to appear as a show until 2017. And that’s provided that it actually becomes a show. Besides that, I’m not convinced at the moment that Peter is going to have a long term role in the show. There is nothing else new to report.

James Van Der Beek: So far, the only new project in the future for this actor is something called Carters Get Rich. I don’t know much, if anything, about this project. It doesn’t actually seem like much of anything just yet.

More information will be added as it becomes available. There is nothing else new to report.

Shad Moss: Shad doesn’t seem to have anything new projects that imdb knows about, if he has any at all. So I’ll have to hope for future updates in later months, because he doesn’t have anything new right now. Also, when was he known as Bow Wow and why was he known as that? I’ll have to do more personal research into that, although I’m not sure it is worth mentioning in this update. I guess he used to be a rapper. There is nothing else new to report.

Charley Koontz: Here is another CSI: Cyber actor who doesn’t have anything new yet for me to write about in this blog. So there might be something good in the future for him. There might be something bad in the future as well. There is nothing else new to report.

Hayley Kiyoko: She has a movie in the works called XOXO. That’s all the new projects of hers that I know of at the moment. She has starred in horror movies in the past, so there’s always the potential for her to return to that. There is nothing else new to report.

XOXO: This movie is about six people sharing some strange romantic night of some sort. It looks like a romantic drama of some sort. The release date for it is August 26, 2016, meaning that it should be out now as of this update.

Ted Danson: This is the only actor who would for sure not have been on a potential season 3 of the show. And his pilot was picked up so it’s good that he can still be on TV for now. It looks like he’s going back to comedies. He will be appearing on The Good Place on NBC. Any other potential projects are unknown at the moment. There is nothing else new to report.

The Good Place: This will be an NBC comedy on at 8:30/7:30 Central on Thursdays. It will debut on September 19th and move to its normal time slot on September 22nd. It appears to be an afterlife based comedy for some sort and that Ted will appear on it in some sort of supporting role. I don’t think that there will be anything to say about it until its premiere so I guess I’ll just have it in these updates until I can actually review it.

Anthony E Zuiker: It would appear that for now there are no future projects in the work for this franchise creator. He might be working on some sort of project that we don’t know of just yet. But there is nothing known to the public yet. There is nothing else new to report.

Carol Mendelsohn: Sadly, there is nothing new in the immediate future of this writer. Hopefully we’ll see something eventually, but it’s possible we won’t know of anything until pilot season or next year’s summer schedule. There is nothing else new to report.

Ann Donahue: There’s no new information about this writer. I’m sure that she’ll probably find something, but I’m not sure when. As of this month, there are still no new updates regarding this writer. I hope that she does something. There is nothing else new to report.

Well, that’s all for this update. I’ll be back in the future with more updates. It looks like the next future project that I can actually blog about here is The Good Place. I’m not sure what else I could blog about in the future right now. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

Cast Update 8-8-2016

This is the next cast update of mine for this CSI: Cyber blog. I have a potential problem regarding my birthday from earlier this year. I was given money that should be spent on something from my wish list. Now I already have a lot of stuff on DVD and should use it to buy a DVD rack since I have money for it. But, I want to get the franchise of CSI, which includes Without a Trace, on DVD. Since I roll for TV shows on DVD choices, you’d have to wonder why I wouldn’t just start with CSI. Well, I already have a c choice on the list: Charmed. I have six of the eight seasons on DVD and I’m on season 2. So, I would rather, at the moment at least, get the first season of Without a Trace on DVD to watch. But that’s only if I don’t get another DVD rack which I really need. Anyways, I’ll let you know what, if anything, I ever get of these shows in the future.

Patricia Arquette: The main star of CSI: Cyber only has one future project mentioned on imdb right now. But, this is a pretty notable sequel in the work. While we don’t know what role she might have in the movie, it looks like she will be lending her voice talent to that of Toy Story 4. I don’t know what other roles she might take in the future, but we’ll find out more about that later. She’ll probably find something There is nothing else new to report.

Besides that, I’m not convinced at the moment that Peter is going to have a long term role in the show. There is nothing else new to report.

James Van Der Beek: Last time I did the update, I couldn’t find any future projects for this person. Well, now I have found something called Carters Get Rich. I don’t know much, if anything, about this project. It doesn’t actually seem like much of anything just yet. But, I find more information about it and it looks like it is moving forward. It will air on Sky 1. Since Sky 1 is an international channel, I don’t know if it will air in the US or not. I’m guessing that it probably will at some point. Anyways, there is more information about that in the next paragraph.

Carters Get Rich: Having looked up more information about this online, this is a comedy of some sort that relates to a family that lives in rags wanting to reject potential riches that they think could ruin them. This is an interesting premise, actually. I hope that it airs on PBS so I can watch it. More information will be added as it becomes available. The link contains what information I know about it.

Shad Moss: Shad doesn’t seem to have anything new projects that imdb knows about, if he has any at all. So I’ll have to hope for future updates in later months, because he doesn’t have anything new right now. There is nothing else new to report.

There is not a trailer for the movie yet. Sadly, I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to see it since it appears to be a Netflix exclusive. Upon further review, it appears that it is a Netflix movie so I don’t know if it will ever be available on DVD for me to watch without Netflix. I’ll check back later for more updates. I also hope to find a guest reviewer for this movie or hope that it would be available to rent sometime at my video store. I’m not getting Netflix just to watch this.

Carol Mendelsohn: Remember last time I was here and published that this writer had a project in the works called In the Line of Fire? Well, nearest I can tell, it was a planned pilot for NBC that was not picked up to series. The link I have mentioned has more information about the plan for it. Now put pilots typically aren’t rejected as it means that the network that rejected it would have to pay a penalty for not going forward with the project (something not done with traditional pilots). While they could still be waiting for it in the future, I don’t see a current future for it. Neither does the imdb website, which deleted the page it used to have for the show. Now it might not actually be dead, but I’m going to list it that way since I can’t currently see it as any other way right now. With her only known project in the future no longer moving forward, I don’t have an update about her this month.

This will be a monthly update, but I won’t always know when in the month it will be in advance. Hopefully, I’ll be able to come up with a good time for some future updates. The new focus of this blog will be a work in progress. But when aren’t blogs works in progress? I’ll be back sometime next month with the next update. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

Cast Update 7-18-2016

Well, when the show ended, I started publishing all of the episodes on Saturdays in this blog. Then, I moved it to Sunday. After that, the blog was briefly changed to Monday. Well, this will be the last of the weekly updates and I'm now going back to irregular monthly updates. You'll see this blog being updated once a month in the future. I won't always know when it will be updated each month, but you will see a new focus of this blog for a while. In fact, my blog may have a new focus forever as updates about what the cast and head writers of this show are doing now.

Here is the first post of cast updates on the three creators and seven main cast members of the show. This will be the main feature of the blog until further notice. I still don’t know if the end of this show means the very end of the franchise of CSI. If there’s more to the franchise, I’ll either post it in this blog or start a new one (of which I’ll share the link here). I don’t know when or if they’ll reboot the franchise. There could be movies. I mean, since CSI: Miami has been gone so long they could reunite the characters that they can get back for a theatrical or made for TV movie. I’ll also keep you updated on when I can get DVDs of this show in the future. I might do more random stuff in these blog posts as well. Anyways, I might as well get to the first of many cast updates. In future updates, any new information will be in comic sans ms instead of times new roman.

Patricia Arquette: The main star of CSI: Cyber only has one future project mentioned on imdb right now (and I’m probably only going to use imdb to track future projects of people). But, this is a pretty notable sequel in the work. While we don’t know what role she might have in the movie, it looks like she will be lending her voice talent to that of Toy Story 4. I don’t know what other roles she might take in the future, but we’ll find out more about that later.

But its release date is a long ways off (at least it has one, though).

Peter Macnicol: This actor left CSI: Cyber after just one season with it and then pretty much nothing interesting has happened with him in either television or movies. He appeared in a video game (which I will not review myself in these updates) and had some guest appearances on shows. I’ll have to do more research in the future.

James Van Der Beek: It would appear that nothing new is on the front of this actor at the moment. If there is, imdb doesn’t mention any new projects and only mentions CSI: Cyber as the most recent thing that I did. Hopefully things will change in the future or you’ll never see updates here for him at least.

Shad Moss: Like James, Shad doesn’t seem to have anything new projects that imdb knows about, if he has any at all. So I’ll have to hope for future updates in later months, because he doesn’t have anything new right now.

Charley Koontz: Here is yet another CSI: Cyber actor who doesn’t have anything new yet for me to write about in this blog. So there might be something good in the future for him. There might be something bad in the future as well. But there’s nothing at all to mention for now.

Hayley Kiyoko: Well, here we are at someone who actually does have a future project in the work. She has a movie in the works called XOXO. That’s all the new projects of hers that I know of at the moment. It looks like she has starred in horror films in the past so that might be more of what she’ll be doing in the future. We’ll see if that happens or not.

XOXO: This movie is about six people sharing some strange romantic night of some sort. It looks like a romantic drama of some sort. The release date for it is August 26, 2016. There is not a trailer for the movie yet. Sadly, I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to see it since it appears to be a Netflix exclusive. Well, we’ll see what the future of this movie is and I’ll do more research for the next update.

Ted Danson: This is the only actor who would for sure not have been on a potential season 3 of the show. And his pilot was picked up so it’s good that he can still be on TV for now. It looks like he’s going back to comedies. He will be appearing on The Good Place on NBC. Now it appears that imdb didn’t mention the show on Ted’s page possibly because of how new it is. I would have to say that this is potentially good news for the people that I couldn’t find information about.

I have the feeling that if the franchise is rebooted, he’ll probably have some sort of role in it returning. They’d probably want him before they’d want someone else as it is his franchise. But the problem then becomes whether or not the franchise is actually dead. Whether or not a franchise can actually die is debatable at best. I have the feeling that he might be best suited trying to write something new like movies or a new type of drama. But we’ll see what future, if any, he has in Hollywood.

Carol Mendelsohn: She appears to have a project in the works called In the Line of Fire. I don’t know much about this project. It’s possible that it was a rejected pilot that she did. But I don’t know much information about it yet. Hopefully it can get its own section in the future. I don’t know much about In the Line of Fire except that it is a TV show. I don’t know a plot, what network it would be on, who would be in it, what type of show it is, or anything like that. I will tell you more about it (should it even be a real project, that is) in future updates.

Ann Donahue: There’s no new information about this writer. I’m sure that she’ll probably find something, but I’m not sure when. Can she split ways with her CSI writers and launch out on her own? Does she need to? There will probably be something of hers to look out for in the future, but not at the moment. Hopefully she does in future updates or, like so much of this blog from here on out, you’ll just see a useless paragraph with no new updates.

Well, that’s all for this update. I’ll be back in the future with more updates.

CSI: Cyber Send-off Post

CSI: Cyber- March 3rd 2015 to March 13th 2016: may the show rest in peace. We had a good run of this show, even though it is over now. With no new episodes to blog about, you might be wondering how I’d continue this blog. Well, this transition post will explain more about what will happen next in terms of this blog. And I'll explain in the next post why this update is a day late.

One of the things that I could use this blog for is a simple rewatch of the series. I’ll keep you updated with what I get of this show on DVD in the future. I will add this and four other cancelled shows from the main season to my wishlist (or, at least try to since I know I won’t add more than a certain number of shows to the list so I’ll have to wait until other stuff is gotten by me or other people) and I might keep you updated about that in the future. I’ll also keep you updated on what shows are now airing in place of what was once in the franchise. As stated many times before, I’ll mention more updates about this franchise (if any) in this blog as they happen. Since I’m speaking of the franchise...

On my wish list, you will find shows in the CSI franchise. I do plan on getting all of the seasons of all of these shows and watch them. Well, I will be getting both seasons of this show, all seasons of CSI, all seasons of CSI: Miami, all seasons of CSI: New York, and all seasons of Without a Trace. If there are new shows in the franchise, I will probably create a blog about it. I’ll be sure to post the link here if I ever decide to retroactively get into blogging about those seasons. But keep an eye out for me blogging about those old shows that aren’t on the air anymore. But where one show ends, another begins as something has to take over its time slot. That comes up with my next planned set of blogs.

Every time that a show ends, another show by nature has to replace it. Without a Trace, for instance, was replaced by The Good Wife. Now there will be two comedies on the air in place of The Good Wife. Supergirl won’t be on CBS anymore. That show ultimately aired in place of Two and a Half Men and half of CSI: New York. The other half of CSI: New York is currently The Odd Couple. Meanwhile, two comedies are replacing Supergirl and they are Kevin Can Wait and Man with a Plan. CSI is basically Code Black now. Cold Case and CSI: Miami were replaced with Hawaii Five-0 and Elementary respectively. As for CSI: Cyber, it was replaced by Rush Hour for a while until that was also cancelled and will now be replaced by Pure Genius. Any of these shows that I like could make a good future blog. I’ll post the link here if any of those are ever created.

It appears that the PR Jedi are doing their regular ways. They are mentioning that the franchise might not be over. Also, did you know that Trust us with Your Lives was never cancelled? I wonder why they haven’t aired it anymore or made new episodes since they told us that. Oh, wait: I’m smarter than that. In all seriousness, though, I do expect there to be attempts at new shows in the CSI franchise. I’m unsure of when or if this will happen. If they make any movies in the CSI universe, either for television or theatrically, it will be blogged about in this blog. If there are any new shows, I’ll probably create a new blog for it and share the link here. I'll keep updates about the franchise in this blog.

I should get to what the actual blog will be about in the future. There are seven main characters in this show. I will tell you what the actors who played them are now doing. I’ll also keep you updated on the three creators of the show as well. That will be the point of this blog for the foreseeable future. I’ll review what shows and movies that cast will be doing, whenever I can. I’ll tell you about what they are doing if I can’t actually watch it for one reason or another. Here are the people I’ll update you about.

I hope that you enjoy the future of this blog. I also hope that I can get caught up on the other shows in this franchise by getting them on DVD. All I have to do is get all the seasons of CSI, CSI: Miami, CSI: New York, Without a Trace, and CSI: Cyber. That’s a lot of TV to watch. Wish me luck. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.
